Cancellation and Penalities
1. When requesting a cancellation, a penalty will be applied according to the date on which the cancellation is requested.
• Cancellation between 200 or more days before the trip, penalty of 100% of the tour value.
• Cancellation within 90 days before the trip, penalty of 100% of the value.
• Cancellation 150 to 90 days before the trip, penalty of 100% of the value.
2. The values of these penalties are not transferable to other reservations, whether present or future, with the exception of reservations that do not apply penalties.
3. All cancellations must be requested via e-mail and the agency requesting it must have the acceptance of AGENCIA DE TOURISM HUELLAS DE DARWIN - DARWGALTRAVEL CIA. LTDA, in writing and via email.
4. There is no refund for cancellations in situations beyond our control or force majeure, such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, pandemics, illness, death or other situations that are beyond our control.
